นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายวิธีที่ TourAccount (“ระบบ”, “เรา”) เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) สำหรับผู้ใช้งานระบบ (พนักงานของบริษัทลูกค้า) และลูกค้าปลายทางของบริษัทลูกค้า (ผู้เดินทาง/ผู้ติดต่อ) ที่ข้อมูลถูกประมวลผลผ่านระบบนี้
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัท พัชชาทราเวล จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) เลขทะเบียนนิติบุคคล 0-1355-65018-18-7 ที่อยู่จดทะเบียน 555/11 หมู่บ้านสราญสิริ ราชพฤกษ์ 346 ตำบลบางเดื่อ อำเภอเมืองปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี 12000 เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Controller) สำหรับข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งานและข้อมูลการใช้งานระบบ สำหรับข้อมูลของลูกค้าปลายทาง (ผู้เดินทาง) ที่บริษัทผู้ใช้ระบบ (“บริษัทลูกค้า”) นำเข้าสู่ระบบ บริษัทลูกค้าเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ TourAccount เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Processor) ตามสัญญาการใช้บริการ
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน: ชื่อ อีเมล รหัสผ่าน (เก็บเป็นค่าแฮช) บทบาทและสิทธิ์การใช้งาน
- ข้อมูลบริษัทลูกค้า: ชื่อนิติบุคคล เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ที่อยู่ ช่องทางติดต่อ
- ข้อมูลลูกค้าปลายทางที่บริษัทลูกค้าบันทึกในระบบ: ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี
- ข้อมูลผู้เดินทาง (เมื่อบริษัทลูกค้าบันทึก): ชื่อ-นามสกุล วันเกิด เลขหนังสือเดินทาง วันหมดอายุหนังสือเดินทาง สัญชาติ
- ข้อมูลธุรกรรมทางการเงิน: ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จ หลักฐานการโอนเงิน (สลิป)
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานทางเทคนิค: ที่อยู่ IP ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์ บันทึกการเข้าสู่ระบบและการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์
- ข้อความที่ผู้เข้าชมส่งในแชท AI บนเว็บไซต์
- คำถาม ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะที่ผู้ใช้เลือกส่งจากแอป พร้อมบัญชีผู้ส่งและบริษัท เพื่อให้ทีม TourAccount ติดตามและช่วยเหลือ
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผล
- จัดทำและส่งมอบเอกสารทางบัญชีและภาษี (ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี) ตามสัญญาการใช้บริการ
- ยืนยันตัวตนและรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (รวมถึงการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น)
- ให้บริการพอร์ทัลลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าปลายทางของบริษัทลูกค้าดูและชำระเงินสำหรับการจองของตน
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เช่น กฎหมายภาษีอากรและกฎหมายว่าด้วยธุรกิจนำเที่ยว
- ปรับปรุงและดูแลรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบ
- ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับ TourAccount ผ่านแชท AI บนเว็บไซต์
- ตอบคำถาม แก้ไขปัญหา และพิจารณาข้อเสนอแนะที่ผู้ใช้ส่งถึงทีมงาน
4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของบริษัทลูกค้ายังใช้งานระบบอยู่ และหลังจากนั้นตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด (เช่น เอกสารทางบัญชีตามประมวลรัษฎากรและกฎหมายว่าด้วยการบัญชี) หรือจนกว่าบริษัทลูกค้าจะร้องขอให้ลบข้อมูล เว้นแต่มีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายให้ต้องเก็บต่อไป
5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลที่สาม
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้ผู้ให้บริการที่บริษัทลูกค้าเลือกเชื่อมต่อเอง (เช่น ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล ผู้ให้บริการช่องทางชำระเงิน) เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการนั้น และอาจเปิดเผยตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดหรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจ
เมื่อใช้แชท AI บนเว็บไซต์ ข้อความและประวัติการสนทนาที่ส่งในคำขอนั้นจะถูกส่งให้ผู้ให้บริการ AI เพื่อสร้างคำตอบ TourAccount ไม่บันทึกประวัติแชทนี้ลงฐานข้อมูลของระบบ โปรดอย่าส่งรหัสผ่าน ข้อมูลบัตรชำระเงิน หรือข้อมูลลับผ่านแชท
6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้ (ขึ้นอยู่กับฐานทางกฎหมายของการประมวลผลแต่ละกรณี):
- สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง
- สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- สิทธิคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล
- สิทธิถอนความยินยอม (เมื่อการประมวลผลอาศัยฐานความยินยอม)
ท่านที่เป็นลูกค้าปลายทางของบริษัทลูกค้าควรติดต่อบริษัทลูกค้าโดยตรงในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลของท่าน ท่านที่เป็นผู้ใช้งานระบบสามารถติดต่อเราตามช่องทางด้านล่าง
7. มาตรการความปลอดภัย
ระบบแยกข้อมูลของแต่ละบริษัทลูกค้าออกจากกันในระดับฐานข้อมูล (row-level security) เข้ารหัสรหัสผ่านและความลับสำคัญ รองรับการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น (2FA) และบันทึกประวัติการเข้าถึงข้อมูลทางบัญชี

Privacy Notice (English)
This notice explains how TourAccount (“the system”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), for system users (our customer companies’ staff) and their end customers (travellers/contacts) whose data is processed through this system.
Data controller
Patcha Travel Co., Ltd. (registration no. 0135565018187, 555/11 Saransiri Ratchaphruek 346, Bang Duea, Mueang Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani 12000, Thailand) is the data controller for user-account and system-usage data. For end-customer data our customer companies enter into the system, the customer company is the data controller and TourAccount acts as data processor under the service agreement.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password, role and permissions); company data (legal name, tax id, address, contact details); end-customer data your company records (name, address, phone, email, tax id); traveller data when recorded (full name, date of birth, passport number and expiry, nationality); financial transaction records (quotations, invoices, receipts, payment slips); and technical usage data (IP address, browser, sign-in and authentication logs). We also process messages visitors submit to the AI chat on the website. If a user chooses to submit a question, issue or suggestion from the app, we store that message with the submitting account and company to provide support and follow up.
Purposes
Producing and delivering accounting/tax documents under the service agreement; authenticating and securing accounts (including two-factor authentication); operating the customer portal so your end customers can view and pay for their own bookings; complying with applicable law (tax and tourism-business regulation); and maintaining and securing the system. We use website chat messages to answer questions about TourAccount. We use app support submissions to answer questions, resolve issues and consider suggestions.
Website AI chat
When you use the website AI chat, your message and the conversation history included with that request are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. TourAccount does not store this chat history in its database. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or other sensitive data in the chat.
Retention
We retain data for as long as your company account is active, and afterwards for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting records under the Revenue Code and accounting law), or until your company requests deletion, subject to any legal retention requirement.
Your rights
Subject to the legal basis of each processing activity, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. End customers of our customer companies should contact that company directly as their data controller; system users may contact us using the details below.
