Using the system

If I change a price, does the tour catalogue change too?

No. Prices, quantities and details you change in a document do not affect the catalogue, and an issued document keeps the data as it was on the day it was issued.

Can I add my own lines?

Yes. For example transfers, service fees or insurance, each with its own quantity and price.

Can I work with my accounting firm?

Yes. Every package can invite 1 outside auditor or accounting firm to read the data for free, not counted as a user.

Are the screenshots on this website real?

Yes. They are captured from a sample company whose data was entered through the system in the normal way. The company, customer and supplier names are made up. The screens show the Thai interface.

Packages and payment

How does paying yearly differ from paying monthly?

The yearly prices of Starter / Agency Pro / Enterprise are ฿2,234 / ฿3,254 / ฿5,294 per year, about 15% less than 12 monthly payments (a saving of ฿394 / ฿574 / ฿934 respectively).

What can I do in the 30-day free trial, and what happens after it?

During the trial you can save company settings, customers, tours you search and save, and sales documents from quotation to receipt, with one deposit and the remaining balance and no limit on the number of documents. Every other menu can be opened, but saving there needs a package that includes it.

After 30 days you can still sign in and see everything, but you need to choose a package to save anything new.

How do I add users or companies?

Every package includes 1 company. Starter and Agency Pro can add users at ฿99/user/month (฿1,010 a year). Enterprise has unlimited users and can buy extra companies at ฿199/company/month (฿2,030 a year), with an executive overview across all of them.

Can an outside accounting firm or auditor use the system?

Yes. Every package includes 1 outside accountant or auditor for free, not counted as a user. Your company’s administrator invites them in the “Auditor” role, which can open the journal, trial balance, financial statements and VAT reports but cannot edit or post entries. Exporting reports as CSV or .xlsx files comes with Agency Pro and up.

Can I import customers, tours or my existing books from Excel?

Yes. Import customer and supplier lists and opening balances from Excel or CSV files on the settings page, with templates to download. Tour data comes from the built-in tour catalogue, so there is nothing to import.

Can I bring opening balances over from my old system?

Yes. Enter each account’s opening balance as a draft, check it, then post it. The system only accepts a set of balances whose debits equal its credits.

Can I issue electronic tax invoices (e-Tax) yet?

Every package issues full and abbreviated tax invoices, and exports e-Tax Invoice XML to the ETDA standard (ขมธอ.3-2560) today.

Filing with the Revenue Department has to go through an ETDA-certified service provider, using your company’s electronic signature certificate. Once you have a contract with a provider, enter its details in the e-Tax menu and send documents from the system.
